Shot across southern Japan, supporting director of photography Andre Dupuis, my focus was on capturing the essence of the experiences we faced in the field as we navigated our way through unscripted encounters. Being able to pivot direction in changing situations, particularly ones with a language barrier, was key.

Working with the editorial team and director of photography, as Colourist I took the raw footage and crafted a classic European film stock feel, with a touch of Wes Anderson colour whimsy, for this television series shot in the South of France.

GUELPH.BEER - GUELPH BEER BUS

Increasingly clients are seeking concise videos that convey a lot of information very quickly — usually 15 or 30 seconds — for social media uses, and provided in a selection of aspect ratios (1:1 square, 9:16 Vertical ‘Story’, 16:9 Horizontal). In this example, a 30 second promo for five breweries in Guelph Ontario that came together to organize a free bus service that travels between the breweries. As a lover of local craft beer, I take great pleasure in working with local breweries to create promotional content.
